C-Hotels Diplomat

We had trendy and huge room with smoke detectors. The bathroom was clean, with a shower, hair dryers and a bidet.

Everything was simply good. Liked hotel' s location and staff, had a great stay on our last night of stay.

Spotlessly clean, fabulous hotel had great lobby. The continental breakfast that I ordered was delicious with different home made cakes and delicious coffee, as for instance. The staff were cooperative and professional in case of questions. Ideal and favourable location near a distinguished monument.

The room was trendy and brand-new, the hotel was clean. The rooms were with balcony. We had a quite comfortable stay at this boutique style property.

The venue is impeccably clean, with brilliant location not far from train station/tram station/walking distance to historic center and tour bus terminal and tourist attractions.

It made my trip to Florence an excellent experience. It was fantastic base for traveling to Florence, I was glad to stay there.

The staff was consistently courteous, genuinely professional, and everything was perfect.

We were in Florence for 2 days, had very good stay, the hotel was exceptionally clean with best possible location close to center.

It's a stylish place with very good staff and location.

The room was soundproof, the pool was great, the staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was marvellous and there was lots of food to choose from. There was a sophisticated restaurant, a market and stores next door. Service was special.

Absolutely spotless hotel with obliging staff and abundant breakfast.

The place was reasonably priced. Plenty of supplies in the room: complimentary WiFi, coffee and full-length windows. The location was unbeatable, with caffe il cerino nearby, where we could eat.

This is DEPENDABLE and exceptionally clean hotel with really well appointed rooms and fine staff. Their breakfast is more than adequate, includes pastries and fresh fruit.

Quite poor area.

The perfect beach was located near the property. Extremely polite staff, nice pool...

The room was beautiful and the staff were informative, it had strong wi-fi. Lovely beds and free wireless internet access, coffee and soundproof windows. They made my stay incredible. Breakfast was savoury - lots of food.

Strategic location, incredible room and pretty friendly staff. Chic style hotel with simple furniture in the rooms. The venue was near the sandy beach.

Just a 15-minute stroll from piazza della signoria, which was a big plus. Service was good there.

great tourist spots like piazza del duomo were very close to this hotel. la grotta di leo is easy walk to the venue. even the peretola airport was not so far.
